After School Activities: Policies and Procedures

• Fall Session:
  • There is a $75 non-refundable fee for all reservations
  • If a cancelation is made on or before 9/1/19 you will be refunded all but $75
  • Unfortunately, no refunds can be given after 9/2/19
  • Classes will only be prorated after the halfway point

• 1st-8th graders:
  • Students will be dismissed straight from class to their ASA
  • The ASA instructor will be at the location to greet students and sign them in
• PreK-K:
  • Students will either be held in their classroom or sent to PLA until the start of their ASA.
  • ASA students will then be escorted to their ASA location.
• All Students:
  • Maecenas vitae sodales erat. Morbi rhoncus dolor vel massa feugiat eleifend. Suspendisse interdum non ligula non suscipit. Morbi eget orci blandit, consectetur eros eu, blandit massa.

Registration deadline: Monday September 1st, 2019

*Classes begin the week of September 9th and run through the week of November 18th. Classes do not meet when school is not in session or when students are dismissed early. If necessary, make-up classes will be held the week of 11/25.
